New
Design Launched |
|
After 7 years
of using the same web design--which was very
advanced for it's time, I have now taken the
original design, redrew the entire navbar, with
crisper graphics, adding some animation as well.
You
will also see some small changes to the navbar. I
decided to build upon what works, and enhance it.
Also added was Server Side Includes, Flash graphics
(in the Web cam) and all new graphics for the
sub areas!
The next thing will be the release of
brand new 3DS Max Models! |

The
Choc Shoppe is coming.... |
|
The grand
opening of the 'Choc Shoppe' is coming soon!
Named after my Siamese
cat, which has become famous on the Ironworks
Forums! You will soon be able to buy Choc T-Shirts,
Mugs and bumper stickers and more.
We will also be selling
non-choc items, displaying The Great Escape Studios
and Ironworks logos with really clean designs which
will rock! |

Starfleet Missions Update
|
|
It has been on hold for
a few years due to many real life
things. Another is a change from using trueSpace to 3DS Max
for 3D work. And now, I have learned Max, and have imported
all the Starfleet
Missions 'sets'.
I have also been remaking most of the
models that needed it--I will first work on the SFM Episode 1.
It will have added scenes as well, as well as music and
much more,
using Windows Media Video. Production begins in full Aug 2008, and
I have a turnaround on making these shots much faster, so it
will be completed quickly. |
I live in Florida, and as many of you may know, we were hit
with 4 hurricanes this summer, and 3 of them
hit over our city, Lakeland. Our home lost only 2 shingles and
mostly tree branches (some LARGE though).
I have put up an
image gallery Here so you can see what the last one
did -- Hurricane Jeanne. It was a scary storm, and I like
storms, but this one was scary.
90+ mph sustained winds is no
joke. 4 of our neighbors lost 50% of their roof shingles and siding,
so we were lucky.

This
is a new Animated-short from the upcoming
Animated Movie, Starfleet Missions, Episode
I Remake. (The Original was created in 1994
using Deluxe Paint Animation.
This short has
new scenes added and was rendered in High
Resolution. The 3D Models are the lower res
versions, but you will get the basic idea.
